Q: Does Emerald Excavating still do "small" jobs?
A: We not only do them, we value them and devote an entire division
of our company to them. Concrete foundation additions, septic
system repairs, loaming, re-grading, utilities, you name it, we want
the opportunity to do your work.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Emerald Excavating knows it is sometimes easier to pay for
certain material or construction costs with a credit card. We are
happy to accept Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard.
Q: How can I get my construction plans to you?
A: You can deliver your plans to us in a number of convenient ways.
If you bring them in we will make a copy of your original set, you
can mail us a copy, you can email us a digital version as an image
or a CAD file or you can fax us plans if they are small enough.
Q: Can you do my landscaping job?
A: Emerald does do some landscaping but we are not a landscaping
company. We will build a variety of stone, concrete, wood or
modular retaining walls and stair systems, we will spread loam,
stone, woodchips or a number of other ground covers and we will
provide hydro-seeding services. Emerald would be happy to supply you
or your landscaper with a variety of landscaping supplies, but we do
not sell or plant trees, shrubs, flowers or ornamental plantings.
Q: Will you do my concrete foundation job if I used
a different site-work contractor?
A: While we hope to get all of your business, we will be happy to
get part of it as well. We will gladly do your concrete work
even if you have decided to use another contractor for your
site-work.
Q: Will you do my site-work job if I
am using a different concrete foundation contractor?
A: Again, while we hope to get all of your business, we will be
happy to get part of it as well. We will gladly do your
excavation work even if you have decided to use another contractor
for your concrete work.
Q: My job is very complicated, can you
handle it or will you be able to help me handle it?
A: ABSOLUTELY! No access, complex facilities, new or
innovative solutions, water, shoring, deep utilities, tidal flows,
sensitive surroundings, if we haven't done it you can count on us to
do our homework and get it right the first time.
